Sometimes our system detects a lead that was sent to you is no longer valid due to the property being sold, under contact or otherwise unavailable. When that happens you may notice the lead information is no longer available on your dashboard. We do not count these leads against your monthly quota and our system will keep generating more leads as usual to account for such cases.

Please note your total lead count displayed on your account may include these leads, but those leads will not count against your monthly quota.
