Responsiveness
It is important to reach out to a new lead as soon as possible when you’re notified of it by our system. Our system sends you a notification immediately when leads are generated. Contacting the lead quickly will increase the likelihood of a successful close.

Workflow Messages
Customizing the messages sent to leads in our workflow can help close more leads. Providing relevant information and matching your style of communication are among a few benefits of including your own messages. Otherwise you can keep the default messaging that is included in our workflow.

Commission
Sometimes a small reduction in the standard fee structure is enough to motivate the seller to work with you. Keep in mind that proactively offering a lower fee may help close a lead that would have otherwise not shown any interest.

System Notifications
Our system only sends messages during the daytime hours. Ensure your text notifications settings are enabled so when a lead comes in you are alerted right away. Additionally you can enable web notifications on your dashboard to receive an additional notification in your web browser.

Lead Flow
Some days multiple leads may be generated while other days fewer or none. It is important to keep your backlog filled up with sufficient number of leads for the days with no new leads. Our system will send you leads simply the moment they are generated. Having a consistent reach out strategy will help you close more often.
